Andrew Hutton believes that the only way to maintain its market share and great reputation is to invest in our greatest asset, our employees.  We take great Pride in the fact that we have personally trained our workforce through the modern apprentice ship framework to NVQ standards.

We have achieved this with the superb backing and help of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) delivering quality construction skills learning nationwide.
